TFE Technology has established a Customer
Service Call Center at their facilities in Bountiful, Utah. The
Call Center receives, dispatches, monitors and manages service call
requests placed by various customers throughout the United States. The
Call Center provides toll free coverage available 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week.
The Call Center uses Remedy's Action Request
software, which is a highly versatile service information database management
system. The system provides Internet access to TFE management, service
technicians, and TFE customers. The Call Center is an integral part of
the overall service capabilities provided by TFE.
The Call Center will allow TFE to provide
better service response, call tracking and reporting and resource management.
