TFE Technology has completed the acquisition of the assets and contracts of ServTech United on May 23, 2002. SERVTECH UNITED, INC. is a high quality, nationwide service provider for service channel partners. Overall growth strategy was to leverage sales organizations and client bases of resellers, distributors and OEM's to facilitate high growth with less investment in direct sales and marketing.

ServTech is a premier provider of multi-vendor Information Technology services with resources throughout North America.  ServTech provided a complete range of technical services covering hundreds of manufacturers from the desk-top to the mid-range throughout the enterprise.  ServTech United was also a former service partner of BMC Solutions.  

As part of this acquisition, TFE has expanded it's presence within the commercial market, and has added new customers such as Wet Seal, IKON, and TechData.
