In September of 1999, Carr & Company, LLC acquired the assets of Telos Field Engineering from Telos Corporation forming TFE Technology Holdings, LLC (TFE Technology), a privately held, independent company, retaining the core management and associate personnel who had grown and developed the Telos Field Engineering organization.

TFE Technology began life in 1976, as Telos Field Engineering, an operating division of Telos Corporation, providing ADPE hardware maintenance services to the Federal Government. Over the past 23 years Telos Field Engineering has become a leader in nationwide third party maintenance services, expanding it’s maintenance offerings and penetration in the Federal sector, and fostering a growing presence in state and local governments, and the commercial market place.

Today TFE Technology Holdings, LLC (TFE) serves Government agencies and commercial firms throughout the United States, providing ADP/IT equipment maintenance and IT Professional services solutions designed to add the flexibility and responsiveness needed in today’s changing and increasingly competitive market place. TFE Technology is focused on delivering system-oriented solutions to complex information systems environments.
